With more than 25 years of working experience in the aviation industry in China and Canada, Gavin obtained his expertise in customized supply chain programs and distribution operations in support of aircraft production, and maintenance, repair and overhaul with insights of profit efficient business model and its process procedures and operation system. In addition, Gavin has an in-depth understanding of business protocol, quality assurance, value proposition of key players and customers in the aviation industry. Particularly, Gavin possesses a proven record of growing a venture business from start to success.


Anthony Habra
Anthony is an accomplished managing executive with a successful track record of strategic planning and operations management. Over the past 20 years, he has been enjoying a long international career spanning across Africa, China, Europe, the Middle East and North America, developing business and engineering consulting services, and commercialising engineering software and information system solutions for the aerospace and oil & gas sectors.
Anthony earned an MBA degree with high distinction from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and Smith School of Business at Queen's University. He has also received a M.SC. degree in network and information system security from Telecom ParisTech and an electro-mechanical engineering degree from Ecole Superieure d'ingenieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB).


Sig Schrattner
Sig has over 50 years of Aerospace engineering experience, spanned across leading industry names such as DeHavilland, Bombardier Aerospace and Interfast. He represented Canada at the National Aerospace Standards Committee for over 30 years. Sig focus is on Standards, Specifications and Materials and Processes Engineering. He held roles including Engineering Operations Manager, Senior Design Principal, and Director of Engineering support. He was involved in game changing projects such the Q400 design audits for various Bombardier partners, started the Bombardier Engineering Training Program, and introduced Internship programs for university / college graduates in the field of Design Engineering. Finally, Sig chaired the ISO/TC20 Aerospace for Canada as well as the AIAC.


Bruce McDonald
Bruce has over 50 years Manufacturing Engineering and Tooling experience with leading aerospace companies, including DeHavilland Aircraft, McDonnel-Douglas, Boeing and Bombardier. His experience includes Senior Engineering positions in Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Engineering, Standards Engineering, Manufacturing Research and Development and Quality Assurance. He was also active in coordinating departmental training plans, developing Tool and Manufacturing Standards, coordinating large projects such as Dash 8 Series 100 / 300 fuselage assembly lines, and as Tooling Manager at Interfast Canada, providing technical expertise and training to Commercial and Aerospace Customers in regard to fastening systems and associated tooling.


Jay Rotsch
Jay has over 50 years of Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing experience with leading aerospace companies, including DeHavilland, Boeing, Bombardier, Lisi Aerospace, and Centrix llc. He held various positions in Metallurgical and Chemistry Laboratories, Manufacturing Process Standards, Standards Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Research and Development, Technical Field Support for Structural Fasteners, and Technical Field Support for Airframe Assembly Processes. Jay was actively involved in the development of Manufacturing Process Standards, coordinating Composite Manufacturing Facilities, providing technical support on the Dash 8 Series Q400 Fastener and Assembly Line, the C-Series Fastener as well as getting involved in different R&D Projects with major OEMs. Jay is a leading expert in areas such as High Strength Metal to Metal Bonding, Structural Fastening Systems and Applications, Manufacturing Processes and Airframe Assembly Processes.


Spyro Cacoutis
Spyro has over 40 years’ experience in the aerospace industry working with fiber reinforced advanced composites, metal bonded structures and non-metallic materials. He has worked on major aerospace programs including the Boeing 787, Airbus A380, and Boeing 767, as well as several Bombardier aircrafts. He has experience with Materials and Processes, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Conformity Inspection, Certification processes, Non-Destructive Inspection and Laboratory testing. Spyro was the lead auditor for Composites for PRI-Nadcap and wrote the first Nadcap composites auditor handbook. He was also a Transport Canada DAR for Interiors Flammability for the Bombardier Dash 8 and Global Express aircraft. He also taught a continuing education course on Advance Composites Technology at the University of Toronto Faculty for Applied Science and Engineering.
